As such, our cancellation policy is enforced firmly, but also entirely at our discretion.

New patients - paid in advance:
24 hours notice or more: no penalty, we can rebook or refund you the full amount, minus any fees incurred (2-3%).

Less than 24 hours notice cancellation or ‘no show’ appointments: forfeit full fee paid in advance.
