We are a very flexible service provider. However with that, comes an immense care put into every session, and immense value.

As such, our cancellation policy is enforced firmly, but also entirely at our discretion.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before your appointment but not on the day of your appointment will incur a cancellation fee of $50.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled on the day of the appointment will incur the full service cost as a cancellation fee.

If you do not attend your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service cost as a did not attend fee.
